Every machine we sell is installed, commissioned and supported by our own engineers. These are the services that come with it.
We quote against the Chinese supplier quotation you can see, and every cost that attaches to the order — freight, LC and bank charges, port and container charges, duty, VAT, AIT, clearing and transport — is recorded against it as it occurs. You know what the machine truly cost before it reaches the floor.
Free commissioning at your factory, including levelling, timing, a test run and training for the operators who will use it. Nothing is signed off until the machine is producing.
One year parts warranty from the date of installation, with an engineer inside Dhaka within 48 hours. Warranty runs against the machine serial number, so the switch from free to chargeable service is a fact rather than an argument.
Hooks, needle bar cases, control cards, servo motors and drive belts held in stock in Dhaka. We map each part to the machines it fits, so the counter can answer the only question that matters: will this fit mine?
How it works
An imported machine is a project, not a purchase. These are the four stages every order passes through, and you can see where yours is at any point.
We size the machine to the order book you actually have, then quote against a Chinese supplier quotation you can see.
Advance, payment schedule and LC opened against a signed contract. Every cost is on the order from the day it is raised.
Production progress, dispatch, container and ETA tracked on your order — no chasing for a status.
Cleared, delivered, installed and commissioned, with operator training and the warranty clock started on handover.
